Cristian is from Riverside, California. He is a graduate of University of Oregon with a major in Sports Business administration and a minor in Psychology.
He is currently the Founder of BSM Vision, a sports marketing and representation team dedicated to increasing athletes' Name, Image, and Likeness.
Cristian says, "Representation is what l've wanted to do since I was 15, and I’m dedicated to providing athletes with a variety of values. While also getting them paid no matter their following and popularity, small or big.
Cristian's advice to fellow students is to "Be curious about the unknown because it won't happen unless you take action."

Brogan Callaghan is a sports intern
from Missoula, Montana. He is currently a student at the University of Oregon, majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Business and a minor in Political Science.
In his free time, he enjoys traveling, working out, hiking, fishing, spending time with friends, and keeping up with all things sports.

Brogan's advice to others is, "Don’t wait for the right opportunity—create it through effort, consistency, and integrity."

Aime Arellano is from Fontana, California. She is a graduate of California State University Fullerton with a major in Communications Journalism, a minor in Human Communications and a certificate in sports media.
She is currently a Content Strategist / Data Analyst for BSM Vision. In her free time she enjoys going to Disneyland and spending time with friends and family making every moment count.
Aime’s favorite quote is “If you’re doing what you love, nobody can tell you you’re not successful.”

Darby is from Portland, Oregon. He is a student at the University of Oregon studying business administration
Darby is our head of Media creating graphics taking photos and making videos for the company. Working to bring consistent and stunning content to the company's social media accounts while also working to coordinate with other creatives.
Darby’s favorite thing is watching Oregon athletics, especially football and basketball. Playing sports like spike ball and going to the great Oregon coast.

Jay is from California ,Riverside . He currently has a bachelors degree in progress in Film & television media with a minor in cinematography. He is now pursuing his videography career in the sports media industry to be a sports content creator.
In his free time he enjoys watching movies, making short films, and playing video games with friends.
Jay’s favorite quote is “Motivation is what gets you started.Discipline is what keeps you going.”
Jay’s advice to others is to “pursue the passion that you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.”

Lily is from Portland, Oregon. She is a graduate of University of Oregon with a B.S. in Business Marketing and a minor in Art.
She is currently the social media manager. Lily says, "I always love trying new things, and NIL is a new market that hasn't been explored yet so I am super excited to learn!"
Lily's advice is "Remember to always try new things and do the things that feel fun."

Born and raised in the Bronx, New York, Star Jones attended John F. Kennedy High School before pursuing studies in Sports Management at Long Island University in Brooklyn and later obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Star Jones began coaching at the age of 18, starting with middle school girls' basketball in the Bronx.
Jones later returned to his high school as an assistant coach for the boys' junior varsity team, eventually moving up to assistant coach for the varsity team. In 2005, Star Jones proudly helped lead the team to win the city PSAL championship at the world-famous Madison Square Garden against Lincoln High School.
From 2005 to 2011, Star Jones served as an assistant coach for the varsity team before taking on the head coaching role at Mount Hall Charter School for both the junior varsity and varsity teams from 2011 to 2013. In 2015, Jones joined Hostos Community College as an assistant coach, where the team won the Region 15 Championship. Currently, Star Jones is the head coach for the junior varsity team at Roosevelt High School in Yonkers, where he continues to foster young talent in the sport.

Dylan is originally from San Antonio, Texas, and is currently planning to transfer to the University of Texas at San Antonio to complete his degree in Sports Business.
He has a passion for the sports industry and aspires to become an agent known for honesty, integrity, and a deep commitment to helping athletes maximize both their performance and personal brand.
Outside of his professional interests, Dylan enjoys watching sports, hiking, fishing, and traveling. He lives by the quote, “Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen.”
