Our Team

Cristian is from Riverside, California. He is a graduate of University of Oregon with a major in Sports Business administration and a minor in Psychology.

He is currently the Founder of BSM Vision, a sports marketing and representation team dedicated to increasing athletes' Name, Image, and Likeness.

Cristian says, "Representation is what l've wanted to do since I was 15, and I’m dedicated to providing athletes with a variety of values. While also getting them paid no matter their following and popularity, small or big.

Cristian's advice to fellow students is to "Be curious about the unknown because it won't happen unless you take action."

Aime Arellano is from Fontana, California. She is a graduate of California State University Fullerton with a major in Communications Journalism, a minor in Human Communications and a certificate in sports media. 

She is currently the social media manager  for BSM Vision. In her free time she enjoys going to Disneyland and spending time with friends and family making every moment count. 

Aime’s favorite quote is “If you’re doing what you love, nobody can tell you you’re not successful.” 

Garrett Pittman is a Riverside, California native with a passion for sports, leadership, and data-driven decision-making. He earned his undergraduate degree from Pitzer College ,where he competed as both a football and track & field athlete. He later pursued his Master’s degree in Business Analytics at the University of Nottingham in England.

 His experiences on the field and in the classroom have shaped his commitment to continuous growth, teamwork, and excellence.

A lifelong sports fan, Garrett supports the Green Bay Packers and Anaheim Angels, and enjoys following UFC in his free time.
