Cristian Balcazar - Founder/Sports Agent
Cristian is from Riverside, California. He is a graduate of University of Oregon with a major in Sports Business administration and a minor in Psychology.
He is currently the Founder of BSM Vision, a sports marketing and representation team dedicated to increasing athletes' Name, Image, and Likeness.
Cristian says, "Representation is what l've wanted to do since I was 15, and I’m dedicated to providing athletes with a variety of values. While also getting them paid no matter their following and popularity, small or big.
Cristian's advice to fellow students is to "Be curious about the unknown because it won't happen unless you take action."

Aime Arellano is from Fontana, California. She is a graduate of California State University Fullerton with a major in Communications Journalism, a minor in Human Communications and a certificate in sports media.
She is currently the social media manager for BSM Vision. In her free time she enjoys going to Disneyland and spending time with friends and family making every moment count.

Carter Monks is from Riverside, California. He is currently attending The University Of Oregon studying Sports Business.
He is currently the Athlete Brand Manager for BSM Vision. Carter loves to play basketball and go to theme parks in his free time and is also a huge Harry Potter fan.

Garrett Pittman is a Riverside, California native with a passion for sports, leadership, and data-driven decision-making. He earned his undergraduate degree from Pitzer College ,where he competed as both a football and track & field athlete. He later pursued his Master’s degree in Business Analytics at the University of Nottingham in England.
His experiences on the field and in the classroom have shaped his commitment to continuous growth, teamwork, and excellence.
A lifelong sports fan, Garrett supports the Green Bay Packers and Anaheim Angels, and enjoys following UFC in his free time.

Takiya Cenci

Takiya Cenci is a former Division I track & field student-athlete at the University of Southern California, where she earned her degree in Public Relations and Advertising with a minor in Marketing.
As an intern agent, Takiya hopes to become a certified NFL agent and represent football and track & field athletes throughout their careers.
She is passionate about making every athlete feel seen, valued, and supported, regardless of who they are or where their journey takes them.

Rebecca Stewart - Financial Advisor
Rebecca Stewart is a Financial Advisor with Noir Capital who specializes in helping professionals in sports, entertainment, and business build intentional financial lives that create lasting impact. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology and Adult Learning, Rebecca combines financial expertise with a deep understanding of human behavior, empowering clients to make confident decisions that align with their values, goals, and the life they want to build.
Rebecca believes meaningful financial planning begins by understanding the person behind the numbers. She partners with clients to navigate every stage of wealth. As the wife of a Division I football coach and a mother of two, Rebecca has firsthand experience with the unique demands, transitions, and opportunities that come with life in sports.
