Our Team

Cristian is from Riverside, California. He is currently a 5th-year student at the University of Oregon majoring in Sports Business administration with a minor in Psychology.

He is currently the Founder of BSM Vision, a sports marketing and representation team dedicated to increasing athletes' Name, Image, and Likeness.

Cristian says, "Representation is what l've wanted to do since I was 15, and I’m dedicated to providing athletes with a variety of values. While also getting them paid no matter their following and popularity, small or big.

Cristian's advice to fellow students is to "Be curious about the unknown because it won't happen unless you take action."

Mackenzie is from North Pole, Alaska. She is a graduate from Texas Christian University with a degree in Communications - Pre Law with a minor in Business. She is now pursuing her MBA in Sports & Entertainment Management.

In her free time she enjoys reading, working out, and playing with her golden retreiver. She is also on the hunt to find the best spicy margarita. 

Mackenzie's favorite quote is, "Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard." 

Mackenzie's advice to others is, "You are nothing but your name. Make sure your name means something!"

Lily is from Portland, Oregon. She is a graduate of University of Oregon with a B.S. in Business Marketing and a minor in Art.

She is currently the social media manager. Lily says, "I always love trying new things, and NIL is a new market that hasn't been explored yet so I am super excited to learn!"

Lily's advice is "Remember to always try new things and do the things that feel fun."

Darby is from Portland, Oregon. He is a student at the University of Oregon studying business administration 

Darby is our head of Media creating graphics taking photos and making videos for the company. Working to bring consistent and stunning content to the company's social media accounts while also working to coordinate with other creatives.

Darby’s favorite thing is watching Oregon athletics, especially football and basketball. Playing sports like spike ball and going to the great Oregon coast.

Marko is from Stuttgart, Germany. He was born and raised in Germany, but has also spent more than half his life in the United States. He is a graduate from the University of Oregon with an MBA in Sports Business and a Bachelors in Business Administration. 

Marko spent 4 years playing for the Oregon Football team. In his free time he enjoys traveling, hanging out with his friends, and watching sports.  

Marko’s favorite quote is “You either get better or worse each day, the choice is yours.”

Marko’s advice to others is “make sure you live your life and enjoy the small things. It can be over at any point. Cherish it.” 

Matthew is from Los Angeles, California. He is a current student at the University of Oregon working on a degree in business with a minor in law.

In his free time he enjoys playing basketball, reading, working out, and shopping for clothes. He is also on the hunt to find the most scenic basketball court.  

Matthew’s favorite quote is “People who aren’t willing to sacrifice means they are selfish which rubs off in how they approach anything and everything”

Matthew’s advice to others is “Life is a journey, take it slow and enjoy it. make friends and meet people who aren’t similar to you, have balance in your life”
